We want you to find the perfect size and we are happy to exchange your set. Since we cannot guarantee inventory by the time the return items arrives and is processed, the item that you want may be out of stock. To ensure availability of the item you need, please return your original set for a refund and purchase the set that you need. Exchanges are processed with a $4.95 reshipping fee.
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the BOOT BAND, simply return the entire set within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase amount, less any shipping & handling charges. After 30 days, we'll be happy to offer a credit for the purchase amount, less the shipping and handling charges.
Return processing may take up to two weeks. Please allow sufficient time for your returned item to be received and processed.
Please return the Boot Bands with a tracking number and delivery confirmation so that you can verify that we have received your Boot Bands. Without confirmation of return, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Please let us know why you are returning your Boot Bands. It is our goal to help others, so your issue may help someone else. So please let us know so we can improve in any way possible.
NOTE: if your Boot Bands made your boots too big or if they simply are not big enough, please know that we will be offering 14 sizes to help you get into your boots.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us for additional options.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days less any shipping fees and charges.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

To get a different size, please make a separate purchase for the size you need.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
